Hello all - this part is simple - we needed simple about now, didn't we?  Using a ball and shuttle, %^% where two Rs are "toes to toes" in the previous round, R: 4+ (to side p of first R) 4+ (to side p of second R) 4.
CH:  5-5-5-5+ (into top p of single R) 5-5-5-5
